Wide swing current mirror

Neat black line-art transistor-level MOS wide-swing current mirror schematic, drawn as a compact modified cascode current mirror. Show two parallel stacked-transistor branches with mirror-like symmetry: a left reference branch carrying the reference current and a right branch providing the output current. Each branch contains stacked matched MOSFETs, similar to a cascode mirror, but the upper transistors use modified gate-biasing arranged for larger output voltage swing and reduced required voltage headroom compared with a conventional cascode mirror. Include the biasing connection for the upper transistor gates as a separate bias-voltage node or compact bias transistor arrangement, while keeping the overall analog block balanced, reusable, and visually compact.
