Transmission gate

Compact schematic-style CMOS transmission gate shown as a bidirectional switch made from one NMOS and one PMOS transistor in parallel between the same two signal terminals. The source and drain of both devices are tied together at both ends to form a shared conduction path between opposite horizontal input/output nodes. The PMOS is drawn with a gate bubble and the NMOS with a plain MOSFET symbol, typically arranged as a matched pair one above the other. Separate complementary gate-control inputs are shown driving the two gates. Clean black line art on a white background, symmetric and compact.
