Common source mosfet amplifier high frequency equivalent circuit

A compact small-signal circuit schematic of a common-source MOSFET amplifier. Show an n-channel MOSFET symbol with gate on the left, drain on top right, and source at the bottom connected to ground. At the input, a sinusoidal voltage source labeled Vsig is in series with a resistor labeled Rsig leading to the gate node. From the gate node, a resistor labeled RG goes to ground. Between gate and source, draw a small capacitor labeled Cgs. Between gate and drain, draw a small capacitor labeled Cgd. At the drain, show a dependent current source labeled gm*vgs from drain to source, and a resistor labeled RL_prime from drain to ground representing the parallel load. Output voltage Vo is taken at the drain node. Use standard black schematic symbols on white background.
