Current mirror mos

Compact black line-art schematic of a basic two-transistor MOS current mirror using two matched MOSFET symbols side by side in a symmetric layout. One MOSFET is diode-connected by tying its gate to its drain, and that shared gate-drain node is connected to the gate of the second MOSFET. The second transistor has a separate drain as the mirrored output branch, while the first forms the reference branch. The two sources are tied to the same supply rail, shown either at the top for p-channel styling or at the bottom for standard vertical orientation. Use clean standard MOSFET symbols or simple rectangular MOS symbols, short neat interconnections, distinct left and right devices, and minimal or no labels in a textbook integrated-circuit clipart style.
