Emitter coupled logic gate

Clean black transistor-level schematic of an emitter-coupled logic (ECL) gate in a compact technical layout. The circuit is built around a differential pair of bipolar junction transistors with shared emitter-coupled lower connections, collector resistive loads at the top, and a current-source tail. Include a reference branch, multiple BJTs characteristic of an ECL logic block, complementary output nodes, and emitter-follower style output stage. Use standard BJT symbols and conventional schematic linework to convey a high-speed bipolar logic appearance.
