Class ab output stage

Clean textbook-style black-and-white circuit schematic of a class AB complementary push-pull output stage using a single complementary transistor pair in emitter-follower configuration. One upper NPN transistor and one lower PNP transistor are stacked vertically between the positive and negative supply rails, with the upper collector tied to the positive rail and the lower collector tied to the lower or negative rail. Their emitters meet at a central output node. A small bias network or bias voltage source is placed between the two bases to show class-AB operation with both transistors slightly conducting. Standard analog circuit symbols are used, with base, collector, and emitter terminals clearly shown; input, output, and supply nodes may be labeled, and an optional load connection may be shown. The layout is compact and symmetric around the output node on a white background.
