Ecl gate

A compact emitter-coupled logic gate shown as a transistor-level textbook schematic in neat black line art. The circuit is centered on a differential pair of matched BJTs with one logic input and one reference input, sharing a common emitter tail current source. Each collector connects through a resistor load to the VCC supply rail, and the circuit provides two complementary outputs, often labeled OR and NOR, taken from the paired branches, optionally through emitter-follower output stages. Clean standard bipolar transistor symbols, thin black schematic lines, clear terminal labels, and a compact layout on a white background.
