Floating gate transistor

Clipart-style cross-sectional MOS floating-gate memory transistor. Show a silicon substrate base with heavily doped source and drain regions on the left and right, separated by a channel region. Above the channel is a thin oxide layer. Centered over this oxide is a completely enclosed, isolated rectangular floating gate made of polysilicon, separated from all surrounding structures by oxide. Stacked directly above the floating gate is a second upper gate (control/select gate). Clean semiconductor diagram styling with clearly layered cross-sectional structure.
